Doi Vertex works primarily with mid-sized Thai and regional organizations — family-owned businesses navigating growth transitions, subsidiaries of regional groups, and companies preparing for structural changes. We also work with international companies establishing or expanding operations in Thailand.
How are your engagements structured?
Each engagement has a defined scope, timeline, and set of deliverables agreed at the outset. We work in structured phases — discovery, analysis, and synthesis — so you always know where things stand. Engagements range from 3 weeks (Competitive Positioning) to 10 weeks (Joint Venture Structuring).
Is the work kept confidential?
Confidentiality is taken seriously at every stage. Before any substantive work begins, we establish a mutual non-disclosure arrangement. All materials, findings, and discussions remain strictly between Doi Vertex and the client organization.
What does pricing include?
The stated fee covers the complete engagement — all research, analysis, facilitation sessions, and the final deliverable document. There are no additional charges for standard meetings or revisions within scope. Any out-of-scope additions are discussed and agreed separately before proceeding.
Do you work with companies outside Thailand?
Yes. While our base is Bangkok, we regularly work with organizations across Southeast Asia. Our Joint Venture Structuring Advisory is particularly relevant for cross-border arrangements involving Thai and regional partners. Remote and hybrid engagement formats are available.
