Doi Vertex was established in Bangkok by a small team of advisors who had spent years inside large organizations — close enough to the real decisions to understand how rarely the information available matches what leadership actually needs.
The practice was built around three core observations: that competitive advantage is rarely understood clearly from the inside, that leadership transitions tend to go better with preparation than without it, and that joint venture arrangements work best when the governance thinking happens well before the papers are signed.
Since opening our doors on Ploenchit Road, we have worked with family-owned businesses, regional subsidiaries, and internationally expanding organizations. Our consultations are in English and Thai, and our network extends across Southeast Asia for engagements that require cross-border perspective.
